Citigroup Inc. unveiled a cobranded Visa credit card that it will begin offering in China with its partner, Pudong Development Bank Co., during a festive occasion Wednesday along Shanghai's waterfront. The ceremony included floats, the release of blue balloons into the sky and models holding giant replicas of the card.
